California Gold Nutrition CollagenUP contains marine-sourced non-bovine collagen peptides with hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. Specially processed fish collagen is enzymatically hydrolyzed (broken down) into low molecular weight amino acid peptides to ensure optimal absorption and bioavailability.
Suggested use: Mix 1 scoop per day (about 5.15 grams) in about 2 ounces of water or juice at room temperature. Add an additional 6-8 oz of room temperature water or juice and mix well (for best results, mix in a mixing bottle) and drink on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals, or better as recommended by a healthcare professional.
