Suggested use:

As a vitamin supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.

Other ingredients:

Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide. Contains <2% of: Magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, peg, polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide. No added sugar, yeast or artificial flavors.
